Twin shaft concrete mixer NCJS series

1. Сabling and wiring of all auxiliary devices and solenoid valves to a junction box installed on the mixer.
2. Two optional discharging systems: pneumatic discharging system or hydraulic discharging system. Emergency discharge device is equipped and can be operated manually when the automatic discharging system is down or at power outage.
3. Floor and wall liners and mixing blades in high chromium cast alloy, hardness 60HRC; mixing arms in cast steel, bolted to the shafts.
4. Multiple oil feeders for lubrication system: automatic lubrication system with liquid grease for the mixing shafts’ seals; the gearboxes are lubricated by oil bath; bearings lubricated with oil-gun.
5. High top cover (400 mm) with two inspection hatches and two access openable doors, supplied with the related lock to be installed on the Mains Switchgear of the Plant, compliant with the CE and CSA regulations.

Twin shaft concrete mixer NCJS series are widely used in all types of concrete batching plants and also used as the mixing reactor for solid waste treatment.
